If you are not satisfied with your order, returns will be accepted for full refund for up to 15 business days from the date of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will be accepted for exchange for up to 30 days from date of receipt. For exchange, product sent in for exchanges has to be of equal or lesser value. In the case of manufacturing defects, Roberto Coin’s jewelry is covered by warranty that is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Any damages resulting from improper use, accidents, natural alterations, or alterations due to wear as well as modifications caused by normal use of the jewel are totally excluded from the warranty.
